I qualifed in ITEC Massage and Anatomy & Physiology from Abingdon College in Oxford in July 2003 and since 2006 I have been working with the Senior Physiotherapist at Dorking Physiotherapy Clinic and Head2Toe Physio Clinic at Leatherhead Leisure Centre.

I am a member of the Federation of Holisitic Therapists (www.fht.org.uk) and approved by the NHS complimentary therapies directory, who only accept qualified and insured professionals.

I believe that many alternative therapies can help us alongside conventional medicine, and massage is well known for relieving muscular discomfort and pain, whilst also helping us to take time out and de-stress.

My other love is Reiki as I had my first ever Reiki treatment when I was under stress from studying for professional accountancy exams and  thought nothing could help!  I was amazed that something so gentle could be so powerful and put me back in focus instantly!

Needless to say, I pursued a course in Reiki and I am now an Reiki teacher who holds a regular support groups and workshops in Reigate (see the Reiki Support group page for more details).
